Multiple bitrates causing headaches

It appears that some tracks on a project recorded at 48khz, and others at 44.1 khz. I would like to convert them all to 48 khz to prevent issues when I switch between an iPad and a Windows laptop. Is there a way to do this easily?

You can use the Bounce command to bounce a track to single wav file which will have the current project sampling frequency.
Alternatively on desktop you can use the File → Convert .wav file → Change sampling frequency, and then select the file to convert.
