When I use Drums, some of the pads are linked together, so when I hit pad 4, pad 11 sounds at the same time. Where can I see these links and unlink them? Thanks!

Have a look at the Drum page of n-TDrums. Click on the ‘e’ (editor) button on each drum pad in turn. In the browser window above the compressor are the entries or entry assigned to each pad - add/delete as required.
Or - check that n-TD isn’t routed to other sources.
