Anyone recorded a song with N-Drums yet?
Hey gang:
Just wondering…
Has anyone here successfully programmed and recorded a song using the built in N-Track Drums VSTi plugin?
I’ve been wrestling with it myself (close to being able to make it do what I need it to) and would love to know if anyone else is further along than I am…
Thanks!
PR
Guess I’ll take that as a “no”??

I have not given it a shot but would like to. I am more interested in purchasing a more comprehensive package like Drumkit From ####, BFD or EZ Drummer. Do you have any experience with these packages or are they even compatible with N-Track?

BFD is compatible with nTrack, but BFD does not have a built in step sequencer, you would have to use the piano roll editor in nTrack and IMO, sequencing with nTrack sucks the bone.
I’m gonna pick up Fxpansion GURU for this. GURU will be BFD compatible in an upcoming release.
There’s a few fellas using Jamstix here and I’ve been blown away by their drum tracks.

I'll have to check out Jamstix. Never heard of it. Pretty realistic sounding samples?
Browse through the section where you posted your Whitesnake tune. I think within the first couple of pages you will find some songs done with it and a bit of discussion on Jamstixs. “You got me running” by Richlum, that uses jamstix.
