Looped parts and Import tracks fix

Notes:
Dragging the right handle of a looped part with Shift key pressed adjusts the length of the part whose handle is being moved, not of other parts in the loop [Bug Fix]
“Import tracks from .sng” requester only shows .sng files, not .wav or other file types [Bug Fix]

I put a voice track down that ended up over in Ireland VIA Colorado…

I was wondering what that was that blew through!
Heyeah, but I got a freeze right away!
Track settings dialog box, changed eq presets during playback and 1 our of 3 times it freezes my system.
