It should. One thing that n-Tracks doesn’t do, unless Flavio added it to V4, is send signals back to the controller. I don’t have a controller, but it’s my understanding that some controllers use these signals to update positions on the controller to reflect the current values in the app.
There presets for Tascams US-224 and 428. You can probably use the “Learn” feature to set up your Mackie. A guy on here awhile back was using a Tascam FW-1884 with n-Track and if I remember correctly, n would not update fader positions and such. So what phoo said is apparently correct. You can always email Falvio from the support page and get an answer straight from him.
