No Main Menu Button

N-Track Pro 10 user on iOS
It appears I have no Main Menu Button to be able to save my song.
What I do have is an icon of a house with an arrow through it.
As I have started on a track I am unsure wether to progress in lieu of losing my work.

Jeremy,

the mobile (iOS and Android) version of n-Track no longer has a main menu. When you press the home button the song is saved and you enter the Song browser view. From there you can rename the song by tapping on the song name, or duplicate it from the popup menu that appears long pressing the song icon.
