I am using Ntrack Studio for Windows 11, and sometimes when I push the stop playback button while the song is playing, Ntrack stops responding for several seconds. It seems to happen randomly, and it’s hard to replicate. Sometimes it doesn’t stop responding but it just freezes for a second. I am on an Acer Aspire 14 AI with 32gb of LPDDR5 ram, an Intel Ultra 9 288V, and Intel Arc 140V Integrated Graphics Card. I am on the latest version of Ntrack Studio 10.

Could you try the following?
- Go to Settings → Preferences → Options tab.
- Disable:
- Save backup every (min)
- Reload last song at startup
Then check whether the issue still occurs when pressing Stop during playback.
If disabling those options fixes the problem, please try re-enabling both of them. Then go to the Appearance tab and reduce Max number of saved actions to around 10–20, and see if that improves the behavior while keeping the other options enabled.
