I was into the Dollar Store over the weekend… I was looking for Jewel Cases… I found them… But while I was there I saw this blister package that said “Spy Ear”… In the package was a set of Earphones… Two Batteries… and the Spy Ear. The lens on my camera is unable to focus down far enough to see this thing clearly enough to peek into the case… Anyway, here’s a photo of this thing…
O.K. It’s not a stereo output… It’s a 3.5 mm stereo jack that is tied together as mono… So, a pair of these are needed to have a stereo image…
Yea gotta be careful how you set the volume so the noise floor doesn’t hurt the amplitude… A little experimentation… There’s enough gain on this thing to be able to “Hear” the room reflections…
For a dollar, what else can you get? It might be worth it to get a “Six-Pack” of them…
