Password Reset not working

I tried to reset my password last night, but I never received the reset email. I tried again three times - no luck. I sent a help request to support@ntrack.com and received an automated response, but nothing else.

Does anybody know if ntrack support works on weekends? Is there any other way to get this fixed?

I’d really like to activate ntrack this weekend!

Support does work in the weekends. We occasionally have problems delivering emails to @hotmail addresses like yours. The activation server reports a successful activation for your account, please send a private message or another support ticket if you’re still having difficulties.
