He can’t help it- it’s a deeply rooted behavior borne out of some real pain and perfectly valid frustration, so you might as well just get used to it. There’s one in every neighborhood! Poor little guy… 
I actually thought his last two post were kinda funny in a strange way. I think fart jokes are funny too. Sorry…

Hey, you guys are on the money with the “simply ignore” tactic. It works well. Banning or blocking only works until the troll creates a new login, then they start abusing people all over again. A board I belong to actually was successful by NEVER even responding to a guy’s abusive posts, he began to rant, and was everywhere, and it was impressive that no one even addressed his posts, not even mentioning “I don’t see you…” (which only means you see him). After a while, he stopped. Amazing, and he had been blocked at least three times. If no one responds, it spoils his fun. You should try that, but EVERYONE has to act as one, or it doesn’t work.
