program freezing

freezes up

I just purchased and downloaded N-track 5.1.1

I enter notes into one midi track, they play fine to a chosen vsti instrument.

I open an audio file and first time it plays fine.

next time i try to play back, the program freezes.

Any hints or suggestions?

It is most likely to be related either to a VST or VSTi, or maybe some of the system’s drivers.

I suggest that you experiment with plugins to see if you can find a pattern.

Also, “drivers, drivers, drivers” - make sure that your drivers for your system are up to date - video, soundcard, etc, etc
