Set sampling frequency

Opening my project today, I got this question:
“set the sampling frequency to the one last used for the song? (88200?)”
Do I answer Yes or No?
What causes the question?

Hi Robert, It would appear you’ve changed the sampling frequency setting (Settings → Audio devices box) since the last time you worked on that song.
