Kjaerhuis Classic stuff has a limiter, EQ. Best free stuff I know.

TbT Plugs are good… Especially look out for TLS Maximiser (in the old plugins FTP site)

Also look out for T-SLEDGE which is awesome, and has a bunch of fantastic presets, some specially tailored for mastering, juts find one that works well with your music, and tweak a little!
