how long is to long
i have now been waiting over 38 hrs for new reg numbers have not received yet… what is up with this do i need to csncel credit card order and use another software…if this guy flavio is so good how come i can not get what i payed for

Well, I’d email him directly at the support email address, and check that you can actually receive from him - there’s been people complaining about his lack of response just to find that this emails were getting bounced back at him.
I just upgraded from 16 to 24 bit and I got my new numbers very quickly. Most of the interactions I have with Flavio have been very fast. Try the support email address.

Check you spam filter, or spam folder. Flavio’s email address causes email to get kicked in there regularly.
