Puter whoes here, with internet and no streaming anything, music or video. If I try the dsl freezes and dies. Call support for dsl and get told it’s my equipment, (but of course).
Couldn’t log on to the forum either, said I was logged on but if I tried to reply to a thread it said I needed to log on. go figure. Deleted my account and started over. I must be cursed with anything electronic here of late.

D I see that you’ve been gone too. That last mix you did is a trip. The first few seconds had me reaching for the tone knob before I figured out the trick you pulling. You ever tried using a vocoder? That might be an interesting way to add some harmony-like features to fill out the short breaks at the end of each verse.
Bruffie I’ll give your new lyrics a go, but it might be a few days before I can pull it off. Still want to hear what you did though.
Sorry about your connectivity problems Yaz. Probably there is a joke one could make about that, but in an uncharacteristic burst of good taste, I will refrain.

Yaz, I like the new mix mucho. It is amazing how much the scratchiness that you added to D’s eq of the intro does to suggest a feel. Bruffie, I think you’ve done an excellent job on the new verses. I like the contrast between our voices - it definitely keeps things from settling into too much of a repetitive groove. Yaz, I agree with taking the reverb down a bit on Bruffies vocals.

Good to see u back mate. Are you going to re-do your vox? If so do you want to do the 1st and 3rd verses and I’ll do 2nd and 4th?
Did I send you the complete lyrics? Can’t remember…must be the age thing.
I’m going to have another go at the vox and concentrate on whichever verses you want me to do. When I’ve done them, I’ll post them dry on Mediafire.
At this exact moment though, I’m on anti-biotics, fever reducing medication and a nebuliser every 2 hours, so the next few days might not be too productive 
Let’s not let this one go the way of Exquisite Corpse. The song’s too good!!

Sir T, I still don’t have Diogenes guitar solo’s so inserted old ones I had did. The ‘record dust scratches’ and such sounded kinda cool, being we all come from that generation LOL!
Would love to re-mix with both vocal tracks dry, could do some neat stuff.

Sinus crap has been running rampant here, think I’ll just haul off and belt the next runny nose I come across, oops, that would be mine I guess. LOL.
Not much music time here with things going on. But hopefully be able to get back in a groove before too long, my fingers are losing their touch without being able to play. Picked up a 12 string 3 days ago, couldn’t remember how to play a D chord, jeezzzzzz!

I should sorta be back in action in a day or two. I’m going to have to go back to work tomorrow. (Yuck…) Anyway, I’ll see if I can re-commandeer my computer from my 10 year-old. He’s been playing some goof ball game since we got back home. If I can run him off, I’ll either upload the files or just copy the whole schlamozzle over to a USB drive and upload them from my laptop.

Dude, you KNOW Petrelli can RIP right? Well this kid they have playing with them now… you gotta see/hear to believe. His name is Angus Clark. They give him a tune in the show to really tear it up and they do “Flight of the Bumblebee”. GADS! You oughta witness THAT! I think this is his second year touring with TSO. You’re talking my kinda music now. Stratovarius, Gamma Ray, Axel Rudi Pell, Axxis, Edguy, Kamelot…love to listen to ripping heavy guitars and screeching singers. Something about the level of performance these guys get that is just mindblowing. I’m taking a road trip from Dubai to Paris in Feb to see a Swiss band called Gotthard. Dubai’s fine! Moving house again next week due to an unexpected promotion. Wish I could just give all this work lark up and play around with music instead.
When we gonna finish this song Buddy? I know your famous for your unfinished works:) But this was a lot of fun and I think turning into something good. Maybe the best lyrics I’ve done (ok…not hard!)
