Guys at work
Don't ya love those reality shows like "Ax Men" where their 400,000 crane catches fire and one of the guys natrually says something like that "Mother Scratcher" lol Then you see the camera crew nervously shift a little realizing that the language might a tad real for prime time but they can't stop shooting because their capturing a classic? 
Love that stuff.

we have a saying around my house, less reality show, more reality, now pick up a broom or mop or something and get REAL!

I'm really hoping y'all maintain the ability to interact with staff in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are equally important.
And at all times, so far so good, with a few exceptions.
