Hey . I’m working hard on placing notes in the MIDI boxes and suddenly I realize that the notes disappear from there, from some of the boxes, on both the drum and bass channels. why is it happening? How do you avoid it? Or how to solve it? Is it possible to return a work deleted by itself like this? The channel boxes themselves of the MIDI remain, but the notes inside disappear completely.
Thanks

Daniela,
I’m not sure if I’m following, are you referring to the step sequencer or the piano roll? Which version of n-Track (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)?
All of the actions can be undone with the undo command. Also you can restore previous versions of the song using the ‘Manage song’ → ‘Restore snapshot’ command.
Please post a short video of the issue so that we can understand better what’s happining.

Thanks for the help and response.
I use undo command a lot, but here it sneaks in without me feeling while working on a particular area, and then I realize that notes have disappeared, in piano roll [win], and I do not know when it disappears so when I go back in undo it cancels me other things I worked on.
I have a hard time shooting video [not something I did before on a computer screen] - and I have no way to shoot it because I do not know when it happens and what caused it. I have no idea when it will happen again.
How does Restore snapshot work?
Thanks again .
Daniela,
I’ve never seen notes disappear from the piano roll without a specific user action.
Please let me know if you find a way to reproduce the issue. Even shooting a video of the screen using your phone would work.
Snapshots are copies of the song which n-Track periodically saves in the Snapshot folder inside the song’s folder.
