Transferred a desktop-made song onto mobile; how do I get the audio files to load?

I made a song on n-Track Windows and downloaded it onto my phone to work on it on the go. I opened it with n-Track and now it’s in my n-Track library—but the audio files won’t load.

After seeing this I downloaded the “missing” audio files from my computer onto my phone, but I’m not sure how to get n-Track to load them.

Any suggestions?

How did you transfer the song? The correct way is to save as a packed song file (.sgw) and transfer that file to the other device. Transferring the song folder may work but it’s not the supported way of doing this, and certainly just transferring just the .sng file will not work for audio tracks.

@FlavioA I believe that’s what I did the first time, but the audio files were still missing. Ill try again to see.

If you still see the issue passing the sgw file, if possible please send the sgw file to support@ntrack.com so that we can see if we can find any bugs that may lead to the issue.

Thank you @FlavioA.
I seem to have misunderstood what “packed song file” means and had tried to copy the whole song file from my files instead of exporting it in n-Track as a proper packed song file. I just did the later and I am certain it will work.
If I run into any issues I will definitely ask for you friendly assistance. Thank you nonetheless :folded_hands:.
