v10 was working great then locked up. when I open it and try to change the audio devices in preferences it locks up. no response anywhere. Have to end task. I deleted all of the folders in appdata, uninstalled and reinstalled. same problem. HELP!
Hi Scott,
I assume you’re on Windows. What audio device are you selecting and with what driver type (Wasapi, Asio etc.)? Check that the device’s drivers are working correctly, try to disconnect and reconnect the device if it’s external or try restarting the PC and updating the device’s drivers. Does the issue also happens with MME drivers?

Hi Flavio,
Im using windows 11, delta 1010, The drivers are set to use WasAPI. Ntrack will open but i can’t get in to change the audio preferences to another driver, locks. If try to exit, ntrack locks up. in all cases it just sits there unresponsive.
Is there a way to completely remove it and install it again. Is it a configuration file stored at the last program close that is corrupt? I am at a loss.
Scott,
since you said you’re deleting the appdata folder, then n-Track should start with the default settings.
It locks when you open the app (i.e. it is unresponsive from the start), or it locks when you open the Audio Settings box? If it locks during startup, it could be when accessing the audio device. You can try starting n-Track holding down the Ctrl key to avoid accessing audio devices on startup.
Does the issue happen if you disconnect the Delta 1010 and/or uninstall its drivers? Also try changing Windows default audio device (which is the one that n-Track will open when you start with the default settings.
Flavio.
I got the V10 windows version working again Now when I try to exit the program it becomes unresponsive. I have to end task and reboot the PC. I deleted all of the files in the roaming directory and still the same result.
Is there a config file I can delete, assuming it is corrupt?
now it won’t start up. open the program and stays on the splash screen. help???
