Waves Platinum V13 not recognized

In V10.1.0 64bit Windows 10, my Waves Platinum plugins don’t show up.
They are correctly installed from Waves Central and can be seen in nTrack v9, but vstscan does not find them in nTrack10 despite all the right directories being in the scan path.

I’ve had to revert back to nTrack9; can’t figure this one out. Ideas?

figured out by making the scan directories exactly match from V9 to v10. The pf(x86)\waves root directory has to be in scan path, not the subdirectory PLUG-INS
Posting here should someone run into the same problem.
