Everyone has heard about the old rumors of Paul McCartney dying and being replaced by a look-a-like in 1966-7, right? In retrospect it seems that The Beatles were just having a laugh while leaving “clues” on album covers and in lyrics. However… This guy has done some pretty interesting facial comparisons of what he considers to be the real Paul and the fake Paul:

No matter anyway, I always liked The Beatles later stuff anyway, so maybe the “fake” Paul was an improvement?

The Sir Paul that played at the Super Bowl is the same Sir Paul that was in the original Beatles.
I remember all the hype surrounding this rumour. I even played the parts backward myself but it's all CRAP (as Mike Myer's once said).

Ok I think it is obviously someone with too much time on their hands early on the eye position that he promotes doesn’t hold up…really a more telltale comparison would be vocal prints. That is something you can’t mess with…photos are too easily contrived…interesting look thru the pages tho.

The average skier destroys about 20 penguin nests, 3-4 polar bear..........whatever it is that polar bears have, and castrates on average one blue whale!

Hey John - I apologize for my previous comment - it was a cheap shot. No execuses but I was having a bad day at the office (and I was thinking about getting away on vacation).
I'm also little touchy about Clinton-bashing - I mean the right is still bashing him & he hasn't been in power for over 4+ years. There was alot of smear put out about him & I suspect that this book is just more of the same. Clinton has his problems & he paid dearly for his poor judgement. I say leave the guy alone now.
I'm rehearsing w/ the CSN&Y band on Sunday - a 4-5 hour rehearsal and it's 1 1/2 hours away from my home. It may be only 1 of 2 rehearsals we do. I've only got 10 Neil songs to do, which I pretty much have down pat anyways. They want me to play keyboards & harmonica on a couple other songs, but I'll be sitting some songs.
They just got another possible gig at another casino, and we'll net $2,500 (yeah you got that right - I almost sh*t when they told me that)!!!
Ski areas are not as bad as golf courses. I make my kid's wear helmets but I just ski slowly. My son (whose 12) will soon be able to out ski me.
I'll look forward to getting away but I'll miss you guys. You know, despite all our political differences, I like all you guys, because you're musicians, you have creative minds, strong opinions (which I do respect), etc. etc. So take it easy.
