I’m wondering if that error is a Vista (spa-tooey!) thing? I haven’t seen that one at all on two different machines. One XP Pro, the other XP Home.

Build number 2338 is up. Installer seems to be very slow - be patient.
Build 2338 installed with no issues…
However, as soon as I imported a file into the time line n-Track closed and wanted to send off a .dmp file…
I choose NO…
I tried several times but got the same thing…

I opened v5.1.1 b2313 and got the same thing…
I tried to import a file into b2313 several times
but NO GO…
I allowed v5.1.1 to send the .dmp file off to Flavio…
I think I’ll back install v6 b2337 and see how it behaves…
This afternoon I did some editing-and-mastering with b2337 with no issues of any kind…
In fact I have a song to enter into the contest…
I’ll try to send it off the the contest address later tonight…

I had same problem with 2338. I sent DMP file so hoopefully this will get fixed. Version 2337 works fine for me.

2338 is not working - I clicked on LIVE to see if he’d made it easier to tell if it was on or not and it crashed - I sent a report.
Back Again:
Build 2338 didn’t import a file to the time line…
so I reverted back to build 2327…
All went fine but…

When-and-Just-Before the Desk appeared I got the Windows Screen with the log-on icon for me to mouse-click on to open the XP Desk…

2339 looks solid. I still get the fa4bndeq.dll error on my Vista machine though.
Flavio would probably like to know about the error you are getting. The built in track effects (the icon sits to the left of the 3 dials at the bottom of each track’s fader) have some nice features added. You can add additional effects in this display - that way you can see the tracks default Eq, its default compressor and effect you add all on one screen.
I sent a report on it. The aux effects window looks dif. on the master fader side. Is that what you mean Bax?
So is it safe??? Should I wait for Build 2400 to resume testing? Inquiring minds wanna know!

It’s beta D - it’s safe or not - thanx for all the input by the way. I feel rather personally invested in this version for some reason, guess it’s 'cause I’m the relatively ‘new guy’ trying to revive interest and use of and in n-Track, and I appreciate all the time you’re putting in it. I know everyone here would love to see a solid, fully functioning n 6.0… it’s gonna take real steady input from us. Thanks.

It installed with No-Issues…

B 2339 launches just fine, as well…
I ran a Two Stereo track time line file set with four VST Plugs installed on the file set… I didn’t check to see the CPU Usage in comparison, Just ran the tracks…

Poppa Will1s - the effects I am talking about are a part of the individual tracks - in the past they had EQ and Compression - now you can add additional effect in this spot. Means,you can open acces to all you effects at one time. Have to play with it to see what I thinkk, but looks interesting.
