Impeach Bush

Unfortunately I don’t think Dr. Dean can do it. The Democrat’s have never been that organized.

Hey - ain’t we talking politics now?

True. Unfortuantely, they’ve never needed to be any more organized than they are now because they’ve never been so threatened by opponents with such little ethics and, dare I say, moral character. (Even Newt didn’t stoop at as low.) That’s not a slam at Republicans. That’s a slam at today’s politicians, period.

Oh do you know about Mr. Newt? He’s been married 2 or 3 times and the story is that pressed his first wife to sign divorce papers while she was still in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery.

This seems to be another topic that won’t die… shall we try for 20 pages? :;):

Yes…that’s my point. My wife is from Georgia so I’m very familar with his "doings.'

Let’s work for 24 pages. :)

phoo, I think you've nailed it pretty darn well. I mean at least I have pretty much the same opinion... (Who'd a thunk it... cynical ol' me.)

20 pages? Where's clark and Bubba? Let's get the recipe books out again! :D

D

I am pitching clean up. Once you guys get tired, I’ll strike out the rest. :D

I am just a Triple AAA pitcher, don’t have the stuff to compete.

So long as you are pitching and not catching… (and it begins.)

I guess I like being the heckler that sits behind the first base ump and disses his calls all game long. :D :D

Purely from the point of view of going for the record, and not having anything insightful to say… :D

For an outsider, the difference between Republican and Democrat appears to be more or less the same as the difference between fish and chips, or, chips and fish. :)

OK so FISH recipes it is!

Smoked salmon anybody?

Don't go there Tim.

I'd kill for a good pair of kippers right now. :(

Oooooohh… yeah, NOW we’re talking something important! :)

I think it is more like the difference between "bangers and spuds" and "shepherds pie". Both are Irish dishes but one prefers to keep the meat and potatoes separate and one believes that it is best if it is all equally mixed together.

Personally, I think it is best to mix it up cause it will eventually all come out that way anyway. :p

Now, this is a well rounded political/food discussion. Ah, the analogies to be made… :D

Just like a politician, great food always winds up s$%t in the end… or rather OUT the end! They often run for office with great, noble causes in mind, then they get corrupted by “the system” and end up being crap.

Actually Mike, the cuisine of the British Isles is more or less consistent; regional and national variations to be sure, but not major ones. So who knows where those two dishes actually originated.

But “bangers” is an English term for sausages; in Ireland and Scotland they’re called “links” (which is a medium-large member of the cat family (AKA, bobcat (a “bob” is a coin also called a “shilling” (who is a pitcher for Boston Red Sox I believe (and Boston baked beans are the preferred accompaniment to bangers/links (and that combination is called a “London Grill” (which is the name of a greasy spoon cafe I met a girl in many, many years ago (and she was not a bobcat, but definitely a fox (and an anagram of “fox” is “xof” (which sure makes you think, dunnit!)))))))))). :D
